Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established intellectual property practice in San Antonio. The role will involve advising clients on a range of IP matters, leading engagements and working with a cross‑disciplinary team on high‑stakes counseling and enforcement matters.

The firm is looking for a seasoned practitioner who can expand and lead the local IP offering, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development. A portable practice or existing client relationships are welcome and will be supported.

Significant experience practicing intellectual property law (prosecution, counseling, litigation, or a mix) at senior/partner level
Proven ability to originate or grow client relationships; portable practice welcomed
Track record of leading teams and mentoring associates
Bar admission in Texas or eligibility to obtain admission
