Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Intellectual Property and Technology practice in Century City. The role will focus on high‑value IP work across technology, telecommunications and life‑sciences sectors, combining technical expertise with commercial deal experience.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, cross‑practice team and help originate and lead matters, working with in‑house and external clients on IP prosecution, licensing, technology transactions and related counseling.

Established partner with substantial IP and technology practice experience
Proven track record on matters for telecommunications and life‑sciences clients
Experience leading transactions, licensing, and IP counseling; strength in business development
Active bar admission eligible to practice in California (or ability to obtain)
