A leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas IP & Technology team. The role focuses on patent, trade secret and technology-related work across telecom and life sciences clients, including counseling, licensing and commercial technology agreements.

The practice offers a platform to grow a portable practice and to work with an established team on cross-border and domestic matters. The firm values rainmaking ability, practical client service and collaboration across practice groups.

Established partner with a strong IP/technology practice and demonstrable experience in telecommunications and/or life sciences matters
Proven client development record and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Experienced in patent portfolio management, technology licensing, and related transactional or contentious work
Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent) required; advanced technical degree or background a plus
