Senior lateral vacancy for an experienced partner to join a highly regarded German practice in Hamburg focused on intellectual property and technology matters. The role combines client advisory, matter leadership and developing the firm’s IP/technology offering across commercial and contentious work.

We are looking for a partner able to lead a team, drive business development in the German market and maintain close client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate work is desirable.

• Established partner with significant experience in intellectual property and technology matters.
• Proven track record of client development and ability to bring or build a portable practice.
• Experience leading teams and managing client matters end-to-end.
• Strong commercial awareness of the German market.
