Partner — Intellectual Property, West Palm Beach

Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and build its Intellectual Property practice in the West Palm Beach office. The role will combine client-facing work, matter management and business development across IP counseling, prosecution and litigation.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, supervise associates, and collaborate with transactional and litigation teams on cross-practice matters. This is a partner-level opening suited to an attorney with an existing portable practice who wants a visible leadership role in a growing regional office.

• Juris Doctor and active Florida bar admission (or eligible for admission)
• Proven experience in intellectual property law — counseling, prosecution and/or litigation
• Track record of managing matters and supervising junior lawyers
• Portable practice or demonstrable business development ability preferred
