Partner — International Arbitration (Paris)

Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Paris arbitration team. The role will focus on international arbitration matters, with significant cross-border work and a strong emphasis on disputes connected to the energy sector.

The team handles high-value, complex cases across multiple jurisdictions; the successful candidate will be expected to develop and lead mandates, manage client relationships and work closely with colleagues across Europe and Africa.

• Established arbitration partner with a track record on international commercial and investor‑state disputes.
• Significant experience on energy-related matters, preferably with work involving African markets.
• Fluency in French and English and ability to practice in France (qualification or local counsel experience preferred).
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable practice/book of business is desirable.
