Senior partner opportunity with a leading international law firm’s Muscat office, focused on cross‑border finance and real estate matters. The role will advise on complex financing transactions and real estate projects, including work for investors and hospitality/asset‑backed developments.

International firm experience is strongly preferred. The role requires a partner who can lead matters, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development in the region. Competitive, market‑based billing rates apply.

Established partner with a demonstrable track record in finance and real estate transactions.
Portable book of business and ability to originate and develop client relationships.
Experience on cross‑border and international matters; hospitality or hotels & resorts experience advantageous.
Strong leadership, fee‑earning and team management skills.
