Senior partner hire to lead and grow a Real Estate & Construction practice in Muscat. This is a leadership role focused on client-facing work, team development and practice expansion across commercial property, development and construction matters.

The role offers responsibility for succession planning and future leadership in the office, with scope to build a local team and develop regional workstreams. The team advises on a range of transactional and advisory matters for institutional and corporate clients.

Lateral partner with an established track record in real estate and construction matters.
Proven ability to manage and win client work; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships welcomed.
Experience leading teams, developing business and mentoring senior associates.
Qualified in relevant jurisdiction(s) or able to relocate to and work in Oman; strong commercial awareness and regional experience preferred.
