Senior partner-level opening with a well-established regional practice group advising on real estate and construction matters. The role is based in Muscat and will involve leading transactions, project work and cross-border mandates across the region.

The firm seeks an experienced partner able to develop and manage client relationships, lead teams and contribute to business development. Candidates with international law firm experience are strongly preferred.

A portable book of business is expected and candidates should be comfortable working to market-standard billing rates and targets.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction law handling transactional and project work.
Portable client relationships / demonstrable book of business.
Experience with cross-border or international matters preferred.
Strong client development, team leadership and billing track record.
