Senior partner role in Muscat for a firm with a strong international practice. The team advises on banking and finance matters alongside real estate and investment management transactions, including hospitality and resort projects.

We are seeking a market-facing partner who can lead client relationships, originate work across finance and real estate, and help grow a cross-border practice. International firm experience is strongly preferred. Billing expectations are market standard.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience in banking & finance and real estate transactions
Track record advising on investment management and hospitality/resort matters
Ability to originate and lead client relationships and to mentor senior associates
