Senior real estate and construction partner role based in Muscat for a major international practice. The role will lead transactional and contentious work across property development, construction contracts, and related cross‑border matters, and will work with regional and international clients.

The hiring team prefers candidates with prior experience at an international or regional law firm. A portable practice and demonstrable track record of originating and managing client relationships are expected. Billing expectations are market standard.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, including transactional and dispute matters.
Proven experience at an international or regional law firm is highly preferable.
Demonstrable business-development record and a portable book of business or clear ability to originate work.
Track record of managing teams, supervising associates, and delivering client service on cross‑border matters.
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills; comfortable advising commercial clients and developers.
