Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Muscat office to lead and grow an international finance and real estate practice. The role will focus on cross‑border finance matters and real estate transactions, with opportunities to advise on investment management and hospitality assets.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for originating work, managing client relationships and supervising a small team. This is a visible, business‑development focused partner role where a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is expected.

Qualified lawyer with substantial partner‑level experience in finance and/or real estate transactions, ideally with cross‑border exposure.
Proven track record of originating or winning client work and managing client relationships.
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and managing deal teams.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to work on complex, multi‑jurisdictional matters.
