Partner — International Litigation (Delaware)

Leading litigation team seeks a lateral partner to expand its international arbitration and cross-border disputes practice from the firm's Delaware office. The role will handle complex international arbitrations and related commercial litigation matters, working with a cross-border team on multi-jurisdictional disputes.

The successful candidate will join a senior disputes group and be expected to contribute substantively to case strategy and client management. There is an expectation of business generation; candidates with an existing portable practice or client relationships in international arbitration will be given priority.

• Established partner-level experience in international arbitration and commercial litigation.
• Proven track record of leading arbitrations or major cross-border disputes (seat/venue experience desirable).
• Strong client development and relationship-management skills; portable practice preferred.
• Admission to practice in the United States (state-bar admission or eligibility) and ability to work from Delaware office.
