Leading global law firm seeks a Partner to join its Singapore investment funds practice. The role focuses on fund formation and investment management work for institutional and private investment clients across the region.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop and expand a regional funds offering, and collaborate with cross-border teams on complex transactions and regulatory matters. This is a senior position with scope to grow a portable practice.

Proven partner-level experience in fund formation and investment management work (open- or closed-ended funds).
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading transactions across Asia.
Admission to practise in Singapore (or equivalent) and strong knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks.
Ability to build and grow a portable practice and work collaboratively with international teams.
