Leading international firm seeks a partner in the Investment Funds / Private Equity team based in London. The role focuses on fund formation and related transactional work for institutional private equity and investment management clients.

This is a market-facing partner role with opportunity to lead and grow a portable practice in fund formation and fund-related M&A. Multiple hires may be considered; the successful candidate will work closely with cross-border deal teams and institutional client relationships.

Established partner with a proven fund formation/private equity practice.
Experience advising institutional investors, fund sponsors and related transactional matters.
Track record of originating business and managing high-value client relationships.
Strong technical skills in funds, fund-related M&A and regulatory/commercial issues; ability to lead teams on cross-border matters.
