Senior lateral partner role based in Dallas seeking an experienced litigator to lead and grow a multi-disciplinary practice focused on patent litigation and antitrust matters. The position sits at the intersection of intellectual property, private equity-related antitrust work, and technology and life‑sciences disputes.

The team serves national and sector-focused clients; the role involves taking primary responsibility for case strategy, courtroom and appellate work, and business development in the region. The firm operates an open compensation system and supports cross-office collaboration with national practice groups.

Established partner with a portable litigation practice (patent and/or antitrust focus).
Significant experience in patent litigation (especially life sciences/technology) and antitrust matters tied to transaction or private‑equity disputes.
Proven trial and appellate experience, with a track record of leading teams and managing complex, high‑stakes cases.
Strong business development ability and relationships in relevant industry sectors; willingness to engage in regional growth initiatives.
Admission to practice in Texas (or eligible) and active bar membership.
