Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Francisco litigation team with a focus on patent and antitrust disputes. The role sits at the intersection of intellectual property, private equity-related antitrust work and technology/life‑sciences matters, with opportunities to work across energy and corporate groups.

The successful candidate will lead high‑stakes litigation and trial matters, advise sophisticated corporate clients and collaborate with cross‑office teams. This position emphasizes business development: candidates should have an established, portable practice and strong client relationships.

Lateral partner with a demonstrable track record in patent litigation and antitrust litigation.
Experience representing private equity, technology and life‑sciences clients in complex disputes; energy experience a plus.
Portable book of business and proven business development capability.
Proven trial and courtroom experience, plus ability to lead teams and mentor junior lawyers.
