National law firm seeking a partner to join its New York IP and antitrust teams, supporting technology, media & entertainment, life sciences and private equity clients. The role will focus on patent litigation and antitrust matters with significant interaction across interdisciplinary practices.

The hire will co-lead matters, develop business in targeted industries, and work with a national platform that handles complex, bet-the-company disputes and transactional antitrust work. The team values courtroom-capable litigators and candidates with experience managing cross-office or multi-jurisdictional matters.

This is a partner-level opening; candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships in technology, life sciences, private equity or energy-related disputes are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience in patent litigation and antitrust litigation or investigations
Demonstrable record of leading complex technology/media or life sciences cases
Track record of originating or growing client relationships (portable book of business preferred)
Strong trial and motion practice skills; experience working on multi-office teams
Licensed to practice in New York (or able to obtain admission)
