Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas litigation team with a primary focus on intellectual property disputes for healthcare and life sciences clients. The role will handle complex patent and IP litigation matters across federal courts and related proceedings.

The partner will lead case strategy, manage and mentor associates, and collaborate with multidisciplinary practice groups. The position offers visibility on high‑value matters and opportunities to expand a practice serving healthcare and life sciences clients.

Juris Doctor and active Texas bar admission (or ability to obtain)
Established partner‑level experience in IP litigation, including patent and related proceedings
Substantive experience advising healthcare or life sciences clients preferred
Proven trial and federal court litigation skills, team leadership, and business development capability — portable client relationships a plus
