Established law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow a combined intellectual property and healthcare litigation practice in its Jacksonville office. The role focuses on IP disputes and litigation matters arising in the life sciences and healthcare sectors.

The partner will handle complex patent and related IP litigation, counsel healthcare clients on dispute strategies, and work with cross-practice teams on regulatory and commercial issues. The position offers a platform to develop client relationships and expand an existing practice.

Proven track record in intellectual property litigation, ideally with healthcare or life sciences matter experience
Significant trial and/or complex litigation experience
Demonstrated business development capability; portable client relationships welcomed
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
