Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to build and lead its intellectual property litigation practice in the healthcare and life sciences sector from the Salt Lake City office. The role will handle high-stakes IP litigation matters and advise clients on disputes at the intersection of healthcare, life sciences and technology.

The partner will join an experienced litigation team and collaborate with IP and regulatory colleagues across the firm. The position requires a lawyer who can manage complex cases, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice growth through client development.

Proven partner-level experience in intellectual property litigation, ideally with healthcare or life sciences matters.
Demonstrated trial and/or contested matter experience and ability to lead teams on complex disputes.
Strong business development skills and a track record of client relationships; portable practice welcome.
Bar admission in Utah or eligibility to obtain admission; ability to practice in federal courts.
