Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas team to lead IP litigation matters for healthcare and life sciences clients. The role offers responsibility for managing high-stakes disputes, developing litigation strategy, and supervising associates across complex patent and IP-related matters.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-practice teams advising clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, helping to expand the regional IP litigation platform. The firm supports partner-driven business development and provides full resources for litigation and trial work.

Established partner with significant IP litigation experience, ideally including work for healthcare or life sciences clients.
Proven trial and courtroom experience preferred; strong courtroom presence and case-management skills.
Track record of originating or materially contributing to client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development pipeline is desirable.
Ability to lead and mentor litigation teams and collaborate with IP and healthcare practices.
Admission to practice in Texas (or willingness to obtain) and eligibility to work in the U.S.
