Senior-level opening for a partner to lead and expand an IP litigation practice focused on healthcare and life sciences in the firm’s Los Angeles office. The role combines complex intellectual property disputes with sector-specific regulatory and commercial considerations.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team handling high-stakes litigation and counseling for healthcare and life sciences clients. This is a visible role with client-facing responsibility and opportunities to shape practice strategy and cross-practice collaborations.

Established partner with substantial IP litigation experience, ideally involving healthcare or life‑sciences clients.
Proven track record of leading matters from intake through trial and appeals and managing teams of associates and counsels.
Demonstrated business development capability; a portable practice or proven ability to generate client work is desirable.
Bar admission in California or eligibility to practice in California; excellent client-development and leadership skills.
