Proven track record in IP litigation, with specific experience in technology and copyright disputes.
Called to the Ontario bar (or eligible) and admitted to practice in relevant Canadian jurisdictions.
Experience leading litigation teams and managing significant matters from pleadings through trial and appeal.
Established portable practice/book of business and demonstrable client development experience.
