Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Boise office to lead and expand a labor & employment litigation practice. The role will focus on defending employers in complex employment disputes and managing significant litigation matters in federal and state courts.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role within a collaborative litigation team, supervise associates, develop client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts. Portable work and an existing book of business are welcomed.

Established partner with substantial experience handling employment litigation and related trials or hearings
Proven ability to manage teams and delegate work to associates and support staff
Track record of originating or growing client relationships; portable business encouraged
Active bar admission in the jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission; excellent advocacy and client-service skills
