Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Laramie office to lead and grow Labor & Employment and related litigation work. The role combines client-facing practice development with hands-on case management across employment disputes, workplace investigations, and counseling matters.

The successful candidate will take a senior role in building the local platform, supervising litigation matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and working closely with national colleagues on cross-jurisdictional matters. This is a visible leadership position within the office.

Established partner with substantial experience in labor & employment litigation and counseling.
Proven track record of managing complex employment disputes and supervising litigation teams.
Strong business development skills and willingness to grow a portable practice in the region.
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
