Ideal candidate will step into a leadership position within the team, handling high‑stakes litigation, counseling corporate clients on workplace strategy and compliance, and mentoring junior lawyers. There is opportunity to bring and grow a portable practice and play a visible role in business development for the office.

Partner-level experience in labor & employment law, including litigation and counseling
Track record of client development and ability to grow or bring a portable practice
Licensed to practice in California (or eligible) and strong courtroom/ADR experience
Proven experience mentoring associates and contributing to team leadership
