Establishing team seeks a senior leveraged finance partner to join a global corporate practice in the London office. The role focuses on high-value leveraged finance and related capital markets transactions across sponsor-backed and corporate lending matters.

The successful candidate will lead complex deals, mentor junior lawyers and work closely with cross-border teams. There is scope for a partner with an existing portable practice to integrate client relationships into the wider platform.

Significant partner-level experience in leveraged finance and capital markets transactions.
Proven ability to originate and manage complex syndicated and sponsor-backed deals.
Established client relationships/portable practice desirable.
Qualified and able to practise in the relevant jurisdiction; strong leadership and business development skills.
