Leading international firm is seeking a partner to join its London investment funds team with a focus on private equity fund formation. The role will advise institutional investors and private equity sponsors on fund structuring, formation, and related governance and regulatory matters.

Multiple partner hires are possible; successful candidates will work closely with the firm's cross-border capital markets and corporate teams to support Europe‑focused and transatlantic fund work. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate institutional fund clients is an advantage.

Partner-level experience in private equity fund formation and investment management work.
Proven track record advising institutional investors and/or PE sponsors on fund structures and governance.
Established network and ability to originate or bring a portable practice preferred.
Strong transactional and cross‑border experience; ability to lead and supervise teams on complex fund matters.
