Partner — Maritime & Aviation (Shipping Transactional) — London

Leading international maritime practice seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow shipping transactional work from its London office. The role focuses on sale and purchase transactions and ship finance, with a secondary emphasis on aviation finance and other transactional maritime matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to originate and develop client relationships, manage complex cross-border deals, and mentor junior lawyers.

• Significant partner-level experience in shipping transactional matters, including sale & purchase and ship finance; experience in aviation finance advantageous
• Proven track record of originating and managing complex cross-border transactions
• Strong leadership and client management skills, with experience supervising associates
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
