Leading national law firm is seeking a senior corporate lawyer to join its London corporate team with a focus on M&A for owner-managed businesses, private equity and venture capital transactions. This is a partnership-track opportunity for an experienced fee-earner who can both deliver high-quality advice and help drive growth.

The role will be a visible commercial leader within the team, helping to win and manage client relationships, support junior lawyers and contribute to an ambitious expansion plan for the London office. Extensive corporate/M&A experience, including work for owner‑managed businesses, private equity and venture capital clients
Proven client relationships and strong business development skills; demonstrable client following
Track record of leading matters and supporting team growth; commercially focused advisory style
