Highly regarded law firm seeks a partner to join its finance team in Las Vegas, focused on leveraged and structured finance transactions. The role will lead complex debt financings, advise sponsors and borrowers, and work across collateral structures and syndicated facilities.

Ideal candidate will run a portable practice or expand existing client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross‑office finance specialists on national and cross‑border matters.

Partner-level experience leading leveraged and structured finance transactions.
Proven track record originating or expanding client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills on loan and security documents.
Ability to mentor associates and work collaboratively with multi-office teams; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
