The ideal hire will take a visible role in originating and executing transactions, mentoring associates, and supporting business development efforts. Portable client relationships or a demonstrable track record of originations are welcome.

Partner-level experience advising on leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
Proven deal leadership and team management skills
Strong origination and client relationship capabilities; portable practice a plus
Bar admission in New Jersey or eligible for admission; excellent commercial judgment and communication skills
