Leading Los Angeles office seeks a lateral partner to join a busy life sciences and healthcare practice. The role will focus on advising biotech, pharma and medical-device clients on regulatory, commercial and transactional matters.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead a team, develop client relationships and take a visible role in business development. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination is welcomed but not strictly required.

Established partner-level experience in life sciences and healthcare matters (regulatory, commercial contracts, M&A or financings)
Proven client-development and relationship-management skills
Experience managing and mentoring associates
Admission to the California bar or eligible to transfer
