Global law firm with a significant life sciences practice is seeking a partner to join its Paris team. The role will sit at the intersection of regulatory and transactional work, advising pharmaceutical, biotech and medtech clients on deals and compliance matters.

We are open to an experienced corporate partner with strong deal experience or to a regulatory-focused lawyer at partner/junior partner level. The role involves leading transactions, advising on regulatory risk and managing client relationships within the life sciences sector.

Established partner-level experience in life sciences, combining transactional and/or regulatory work.
Proven ability to lead deals and manage client relationships; a portable practice is welcome.
Fluency in French and English; strong knowledge of French life sciences regulatory framework.
Ability to work collaboratively across a multi-jurisdictional team.
