Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas litigation practice with a focus on antitrust and patent litigation. The role will handle complex commercial disputes, class actions and high-stakes IP matters across technology, life sciences and private equity-related matters.

The team offers a collaborative platform with national litigation resources and cross-practice opportunities. The firm is looking for a partner who can develop and lead cases, work closely with trial teams, and contribute to business development locally and regionally.

Established partner with substantial antitrust and/or patent litigation experience (trial and/or contested motion practice).
Track record of leading matters for technology, life sciences and/or private equity clients.
Proven business development ability and a portable practice or demonstrated client relationships.
Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s) and excellent advocacy and team leadership skills.
