Partner, Litigation (Appellate) — Silicon Valley

Established litigation practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Silicon Valley appellate team. The role is focused on high‑stakes appellate advocacy across complex commercial and technology disputes.

The team handles appeals at state and federal levels and seeks a partner who can lead appellate strategy, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to courtroom and brief-writing excellence. Portable client relationships and a demonstrated track record on significant appeals are important.

• Partner-level experience in appellate litigation, with a strong record of brief-writing and oral argument
• Proven ability to lead case strategy and manage teams on complex matters
• Portable client relationships and a history of business origination or client development
• Admission to the relevant state bars or eligibility to transfer admission
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills
