Seeking a partner to join a national litigation team in Austin with a heavy focus on healthcare and technology disputes. The role centers on handling False Claims Act (FCA) defense and managed-care litigation, alongside business litigation arising from AI, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency matters.

The position offers an opportunity to lead complex, high‑stakes cases, develop client strategies, and work with multidisciplinary teams across the firm’s national platform. The team values courtroom experience, regulatory insight, and comfort handling emerging-technology disputes.

Open to candidates with an established litigation practice; a portable book of business or demonstrable business development ability is welcome.

Established partner-level litigation experience, ideally including FCA/healthcare litigation
Experience handling technology-related disputes (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency)
Strong trial and motion practice skills and experience managing complex cases
Proven client-development ability; portable business welcomed
Bar admission and good standing in the relevant jurisdiction
