Leading US law firm is recruiting a lateral partner to join its commercial litigation team in Charlotte. The role will involve stewardship of complex commercial disputes across a range of industries, courtroom advocacy and strategic case management.

The team is seeking a senior litigator who can handle high-stakes matters, work closely with in-house clients, and mentor junior lawyers. There is support from a broad litigation platform within the firm; candidates with an existing portable practice will be considered.

Established partner-level commercial litigation experience and strong trial/ADR background
Proven client management and matter leadership skills
Track record of originating or growing business; portable book of business welcomed
Ability to mentor and develop associates and collaborate with cross-office teams
