Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Charlotte litigation and technology practice. The role will focus on complex commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on class actions and privacy/data-protection disputes arising from technology-driven businesses.

The team represents corporate clients across regulated industries and handles high-stakes litigation and regulatory response work. The position offers an opportunity to lead cases, work closely with cross‑disciplinary teams, and develop a regional technology litigation platform from the firm's Charlotte office.

Proven partner-level litigation experience, including leading complex commercial and class action matters
Substantive experience in privacy, data protection, or technology-related disputes
Demonstrated track record of trial or high‑stakes motion work and client development
Ability to cultivate client relationships; portable practice or book of business welcome
