Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Chicago litigation team. The role focuses on commercial litigation matters across industries and offers the opportunity to lead complex disputes and manage high‑value dockets.

The team handles a broad range of civil litigation work; the successful candidate will take a senior role in case strategy, courtroom work and client relationship management. Portable practice and the ability to originate or bring existing client relationships will be valued.

Proven commercial litigation experience at partner level, including trial and motion practice.
Track record of leading teams on complex civil disputes and managing client relationships.
Business development ability and a portable practice or demonstrable origination skills preferred.
Bar admission in Illinois or willingness to seek admission; strong writing and advocacy skills.
