Partner — Litigation (Class Action & Privacy) — Los Angeles

Leading national litigation team is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Los Angeles office. The role focuses on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on class actions and privacy/data-protection disputes across consumer and commercial matters.

The successful candidate will build and lead matters, work closely with a multidisciplinary team, and have visibility on high-stakes litigation and regulatory work. Portable client relationships or an established practice in class actions/privacy are welcome and will be supported.

• Experienced litigation partner with a substantial track record in class actions and complex commercial disputes.
• Demonstrated experience advising on privacy/data-protection issues and related litigation or regulatory matters.
• Active California bar admission (or ability to obtain) and strong courtroom and client-management skills.
• Established client relationships or a portable practice in relevant areas preferred.
