Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a combined commercial litigation and corporate transactional practice from the Los Angeles office of a leading international law firm. The role favors moves by established teams but exceptional individual partners with a demonstrable portable practice will be considered.

The successful hire will handle large‑ticket commercial disputes and significant corporate transactions across sectors such as life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive. The position involves originating work, leading client relationships, and collaborating with lawyers across multiple U.S. and international markets.

Established partner with a proven track record in commercial litigation and corporate/M&A transactions.
Significant portable practice with an identifiable anchor client or clients; preference for team moves or partners able to bring meaningful, transferable revenue.
Experience leading deal teams and litigation matters, managing client relationships, and developing business in the U.S. and international markets.
Sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive is a strong plus.
