Partner, Litigation & Corporate — New York

Well-established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York Litigation and Corporate practice groups. The role will involve leading complex commercial litigation matters, advising on corporate governance issues, and working on cross-border transactional and dispute-related matters.

The successful candidate will take a visible client-facing role, managing significant matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to business development across litigation and corporate governance workstreams.

• Established partner with deep experience in commercial litigation and corporate governance matters.
• Proven track record of leading matters and managing teams at the partner level.
• Demonstrable business development ability and a portable client base or clear origination trajectory.
• Bar admission in New York (or eligibility) and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
