Established global law firm is seeking a partner to join its San Francisco Litigation and Corporate practices. The role will sit at the intersection of commercial litigation and corporate governance work, handling complex disputes and advising on governance matters for a range of corporate clients.

The partner will lead significant matters, manage and develop associate teams, and work collaboratively with colleagues across practice groups and jurisdictions. The role requires a partner-calibre record of delivering favorable outcomes on high-stakes matters and advising boards or senior management on governance issues.

We are looking for a lawyer with a portable partner practice and proven business-generation skills who can both service key clients and expand the regional client base.

Partner-level experience in commercial litigation and corporate governance
Proven record of leading complex disputes and advising on governance matters
Portable client relationships / demonstrated business development success
Experience managing and mentoring teams; strong collaboration skills
