Partner — Litigation & Corporate, Silicon Valley

Seeking an experienced partner to lead and expand a combined commercial litigation and corporate practice in a major Silicon Valley office. The role prioritizes candidates who can join as part of a team to scale transactional capacity and manage high-value commercial disputes across technology, life sciences, financial services and other sector clients.

The team will handle cross-border matters with regular interaction across U.S. markets and key international centres. The hiring approach favors candidates with an established, portable practice and demonstrable ability to originate and sustain client relationships; individual moves without a substantive portable base are less likely to succeed.

• Established partner with a strong track record in commercial litigation and corporate transactions (M&A).
• Proven client origination and a meaningful portable practice; team-based moves preferred.
• Experience advising clients in technology, life sciences, financial services or related sectors on complex, high-value matters.
• Comfort working on cross-border matters and collaborating with teams across multiple U.S. and international markets.
