Seeking an experienced partner to join a well-established, full-service practice in Harrisburg. The role blends commercial litigation and corporate work with a strong focus on technology-related matters, including fintech and cybersecurity issues.

The successful candidate will lead client matters, develop business in the region (with a particular emphasis on West Coast-facing work), and work across multidisciplinary teams on M&A, corporate governance and technology risk matters.

Portable client relationships and a demonstrable track record of originating or growing business in these areas are welcome.

Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation and corporate transactions involving technology or fintech clients
Proven client development skills and ability to build cross-practice relationships
Experience handling cybersecurity/privacy and corporate governance issues preferred
Comfort working with national and cross-border teams
