Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand its West Coast litigation and corporate technology practice from the Los Angeles office. The role will focus on fintech, cybersecurity and corporate M&A matters, blending contentious and transactional work for technology-sector clients.

The successful candidate will lead engagements, manage teams across practices, and drive client development on the West Coast. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in fintech/cyber or related corporate work is welcome.

Partner-level experience handling complex litigation and corporate transactions in the technology/fintech space
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable business preferred
Track record leading deal teams and managing litigation matters
Bar admission and standing to practice in the relevant jurisdiction (California)
Strong client development, communication and mentoring skills
