Partner — Litigation & Corporate, Technology (New York)

Established law firm is seeking a partner to join its New York Litigation and Corporate/Technology teams. The role will focus on cross-practice matters at the intersection of litigation, corporate transactional work and technology-related issues, with particular emphasis on fintech and cybersecurity matters.

The position calls for someone who can lead client engagements, work across practices on M&A and corporate governance issues, and collaborate with teams serving technology-sector clients. There is an expectation of active business development and mentoring more junior lawyers.

• Proven partner-level experience handling litigation and corporate matters, ideally including M&A and corporate governance work.
• Practical experience advising technology-sector clients, with specific exposure to fintech and cybersecurity issues.
• Demonstrated ability to win and manage client work and to develop business; a portable practice is welcome.
• Admission to the New York bar (or eligibility) and strong team leadership and mentoring skills.
