Leading global law firm seeks a partner to join its Newark office to build and lead cross-practice matters at the intersection of litigation, corporate transactions and technology-related risk. The role will focus on fintech, cyber security and corporate governance issues, with regular involvement in M&A-related disputes and transactional work.

The successful candidate will join an established team and will handle complex, high-value client matters for U.S. and international clients. This is a client-facing role combining matter work with business development and firm leadership responsibilities.

Seasoned partner with significant experience in litigation and corporate/technology matters
Proven track record on fintech, cyber security, corporate governance and M&A-related issues
Demonstrable client development skills; a portable practice or book of business is preferred
Strong litigation, transactional and problem-solving abilities; excellent writing and advocacy skills
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
